How to make Soft Idli Recipe?Try this Soft delicious Idli recipe at home, will make use of pressure cooker for preparing soft idli

Ingredients
  • Suji-250gm
  • Curd-250gm
  • Ginger Grated-1tbsp
  • Salt-1tbsp
  • ENO-1 pouch
Instructions
  1. First and foremost we will prepare Batter for Our Soft idli, So take a bowl and put Our Suji and Add Curd, Salt, and Grated Ginger, Now mix them all well, Our mixture is concentrated so keep adding water slowly and slowly and keep mixing the mixture simultaneously so it will become perfect Batter for our soft Idli.
  2. Make sure you don't make it too dilute nor too concentrated.this may ruin the whole taste.
  3. Now the second step is what we call Tadka of our batter that is to be Added in batter So let's Make it, Ingredients for Tadka Are Desi Ghee-1tbsp, Refind Oil-1tbsp, Cashew-10,12, Kadi Patta(Curry Leaves), Green chilli-2, Jeera-1/2tbsp, Rai-1/2tbsp, Hing-1pinch

  5. Now Tadka, Put Pan over Gas and pour 1tbsp refind Oil and 1tbsp Desi Ghee, first saute jeera
  6. add Rai, Add Hing, add cashew, add curry leaves while preparing Tadka to make sure you keep gas on low flame, add green chili, Our Tadka Is ready Now we will add our Tadka to our batter we have prepared in step 1and mix it well, Now leave the mixture for 10min covered.
  7. Now take the Pressure cooker and put it on Gas we will steam our idli in this, add some water in the cooker, remove cooker Whistle and let the water boil for 5min so it makes sufficient steam inside the pressure cooker.Now we need Idli stand where we will pour our batter if you don't have one either buy from Local market or order online.Pour All batter into idli mould before greese oil over mould so our idli will not stick to the mould and will we as soft as it can, And add ENO this is what was left and mix it well again that's it.
  8. Now everything is in order just keep that Idli stand inside pressure cooker and just cover the cooker and Bake it for 10min
  9. Check your Idli after 10min use some cloth or something so you dont burn your hand
