Ingredients
  • Besan-150gm(Gram Flour)
  • Salt-1tbsp
  • Ginger-grated -1tbsp
  • ENO-1
  • Lemon Juice-2
  • Refind Oil-3tbsp
  • Sugar-3tbsp
  • Baking Soda-1pinch
  • Haldi-1pinch
  • Khana Soda-1pinch
  • #For Tadka
  • refind Oil-2tbsp,
  • Rai-1tbsp,
  • Green Chilli-4,
  • Coriander for garnishing,
  • Curry leaves
  • Sugar-3tbsp.
Instructions
  1. First We need to Prepare Our batter for Dhokla, We will Filter Our Besan (Gram Flour) in A bowl.
  2. Add Grated Ginger To the Besan(Gram Flour) and half tbsp Salt and add baking soda, baking powder, and Haldi(Turmeric) all and 1tbsp Sugar, 1tbsp Oil and 2tbsp Lemon Juice and blend it well by adding little by little water ,Prepare batter out of it , if any of steps making confusion watch me in the video below in action.Make sure you prepare Batter that should not be concentrated nor too dilute, now keep this aside for 10-15min covered.
  3. Now Take Another Big Bowl(Bhagona )And we will boil water in it approx 2glass, Now you need a stand so it can be placed in that Bowl take anything instead we need it just to make it as the base.
  4. Boil water as long as steam starts coming out from the bowl, Now add ENO in batter, Eno will make our Dhokla fluffy and soft, we just prepared and mix it well.
  5. Now take the mold, you can take any another bowl in which we will pour our batter and will keep it in the bowl on gas.
  6. Pour batter into the bowl and keep it inside the bowl on gas and cover the bowl on the gas so steam starts cooking the batter. cook it for 20min on medium flame.
  7. After 20min check our bowl on gas and look whether our dhokla is ready or not, use some cloth to take out the inner bowl, before it checks is it cooked or not with the help of knife see me doing in the video.
  8. take the inner bowl and flip the bowl over a plate and take our dhokla, half of our dhokla is ready, what missing Tadka So let's make tadka Now after this Our Dhokla Will be ready.
  9. cut dhokla in pieces and keep it aside for a while.
  10. Now for Tadka, We need refind Oil-2tbsp, Rai-1tbsp, Green Chilli-4, Coriander for garnishing, Curry leaves, Sugar-3tbsp.
  11. Take Pan and put it over gas and pour 3tbsp refind oil and 1tbsp Rai and stir it add green chili, add curry leaves and saute them now add 1glass water, don't burn yourself, in last will add sugar.now boil this as long as it starts boiling and til our sugar mixes well
  12. now we will spread this mixture over dhokla slowly-2 so it looks same as we see the market.
