  • Suji-1bowl(Semolina)
  • Maida-1/2bowl (All purpose flour)
  • Baking Powder-1/2tbsp
  • Salt-1/2tbsp
  • Oil-1bigtbsp
  • #Golgappa Stuffing Ingredients
  • Potato-4 boiled
  • Greenchilli-1
  • Coriander-1tbsp
  • #Ingredients for Golgappa Pani
  • Dhania Pudina Paste
  • Black Salt
  • Red mirch
  • Jeera
  • Lemon-1
  • Imli Pulp
  • Hing

  2. Lets See How to Make Suji Golgappa, First and Foremost we will Prepare dough for Golgappa,Take 1 Bowl Suji and put it in Plate And Start Kneading the Dough as I m doing in images,Adding ½tbsp Maida(All purpose flour) and Mix it well, Add 2tbsp Oil and 1tbsp Salt and Knead the dough with Luke warm water,Making Perfect Dough is necessary for Yielding Perfect Crisp Golgappas otherwise your golgappa will turn soft after some time .if you cant knead dough take help from the video below.
  3. So After Preparing Perfect Dough, Next make rolls of dough and divide it into small chunks as shown in images.
  4. Now roll it with help of rolling pin over Rolling Board and Prepare rolled Golgappas make sure your all Golgappas are of same and perfect size.
  5. Till Now we have done a great job, Just One more step to go, Now we will fry our Golgappas.
  6. Now put Pan Over Gas and Pour 2Big tbsp Oil, Let it heat, Fry Golgappas in low and medium Flame if you want your golgappas Crisp and tastier.

8.Now add Rolled Golgappas one by one in the pan and fry till Golgappa turn golden brown.

9. Keep flipping side of golgappas, make sure you don’t overcook it otherwise all fun will be ruined.
